- Adjusts the system thermal table.
HOW TO USE:
1. Download the SoftPaq to a temporary, empty directory on your hard drive
The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename based on th
SoftPaq Number above
2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded fil
and follow the on-screen instructions
3. After the diskette has been created, you may delete th
SoftPaq file downloaded in Step 2
4. Turn off the computer
5. Place the newly created Compaq Presario 900xx/Evo 1005v,N1015v ROMPaq Diskette in Drive A
and turn on the computer
Note: For users that do not have a floppy drive build-in, please use USB floppy to perform new firmware update
To enable USB floppy boot, please follow instructions below:
1. Turn on the system and press F.10 to get to F.10 setup
2. In the advance section->select USB BIOS Lagacy support and Enable it.
3. Save F10 and exit.
4. System is now booting from USP floppy.
